Great idea, poor follow-through

Beware-if you have any trouble with this app the company forces you to start a discussion on their website in order to get a solution. Only have a back and forth series of reply may you have a chance at a solution. There is no phone number or email you can contact privately, unless you set up an account. The support for this app is awful.
I initially bought it from the great reviews, but tried multiple times on different computers to get this app to work and it never worked, even for a second. For $5 this app should connect flawlessly, no matter what computer you are using (the support page commonly clarifies that if certain steps are taken to set up the app and it still doesnt work its the users computer and not the app that is the problem). Im sorry, but if I am a reasonably educated/tech literate person and can not figure this out do not blame my computer because you can not create a solution within your app to deal with it.
